In Your Corner.
People come to me at turning points. Sometimes at three in the morning. Sometimes in the middle of a major opportunity. Sometimes when the pressure is heavy but the potential is even bigger. My role is the same in each moment: to steady the ground, reveal what’s really going on, and help them move forward with clarity and conviction.
I have spent my life seeing what others miss. Long before I became a founder or advisor, I learned how to observe, interpret, and understand people in a way that helped them step into something bigger. That instinct has shaped every chapter of my work.
My career has moved across engineering, creative ventures, commercial leadership, coaching, and now venture-building. I began as an avionics engineer on Sea Harriers where clarity, responsibility, and precision were non-negotiable. Later, I founded EXHIBIT:A, a magazine amplifying emerging artists, and published a bestselling art book that reached a global audience. I then spent more than a decade generating over £50M in revenue across digital and agency roles, leading teams, scaling companies, and learning what makes organisations thrive.
Since 2013, I have worked with more than three hundred founders and leaders through Two Chairs. Some come because they feel overwhelmed or stuck. Others come already performing at a high level but unable to see the bigger possibility in front of them. My work sits at the intersection of practical business judgement and emotional intelligence. I listen deeply, cut through noise, and help people reconnect with what matters so they can move forward with clarity, confidence, and conviction.
Clients describe our sessions as mind-opening and transformational, not because of theatrics, but because we get to the truth quickly. Real progress starts when people feel seen, safe, and challenged to think differently. One founder described having me in his corner as one of the best decisions of his life. That level of partnership is what I bring to every engagement.
Alongside my advisory work, I’m building ZBRA, a founder-first platform designed to give visibility, access, and support to underrepresented and purpose-led startups. Too many brilliant founders remain unseen by the current system. ZBRA aims to shift that by creating a fairer and more human environment for early-stage innovation.
I am also exploring how AI, Web3, and new ownership models can transform opportunity for founders and investors. These technologies offer a chance to democratise access to insight, capability, and capital. My focus is on creating systems that are smarter, more transparent, and open to more people.
Across every chapter of my life, my work has centred on one thing: helping people step into something bigger than they can currently see. I believe one conversation — the right one — can change the trajectory of a business and the person leading it. I bring that intention into every interaction.
"At three in the morning, when most people are unreachable, he picked up. After that conversation, everything felt lighter, sharper, realigned.
If you’re building something, find people like that. Not just mentors, but mirrors. The ones who see you clearly when you can’t."
